    Description

    MARKETING ASSOCIATE

    Madison, WI – Full Time

    We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to join our growing business. This position will be part of the business development team, working collaboratively with multiple internal departments to elevate the Madison brand and support our growth ambitions. To be successful in this diverse role, which encompasses a broad range of marketing functions and projects, the right candidate will have a natural entrepreneurial mindset and expertise in identifying opportunities for process improvement and marketing best practices. Attention to detail and an ability to multitask is a must in this fast-paced environment.

    Primary responsibilities and duties

    • Product Collateral – update and maintain collateral and presentation materials for a range of investment products, ensuring the highest data integrity and production quality
    • Website Content Management – maintain two websites, ensuring content is accurate, product information is up-to-date, and pages are optimized for the best user experience
    • Digital Marketing Projects – assist with digital marketing initiatives, such as organic and paid social media, search engine optimization, and paid search
    • Digital Content – coordinate the creation of marketing content across a variety of content types, including video editing, social media copy and graphics, and website blogs
    • Email Marketing – conduct email marketing programs using Salesforce Pardot
    • Sales Enablement – maintain approved materials library on SharePoint and coordinate email and social media content for the sales team
    • Ensure all materials and communications comply with regulatory and legal guidelines as well as our company standards
    • Marketing Campaigns – work closely with stakeholders of distribution and product teams to plan and execute multi-faceted marketing campaigns
    • Custom Sales Presentations – assist sales team, when needed, in creating custom client and prospect presentations

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in financial services
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Adobe InDesign a plus
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to successfully bring project to completion within timely manner
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to exercise flexibility, initiative, and good judgement
