    Job Summary

    The Consumer Lending Lien and Title Specialist 1 builds successful member relationships through accurate lien administration, including perfection, release, and follow-up. This role provides guidance to Credit Union staff on complex lien situations.

    This position ensures all supporting documentation is prepared according to policies. It performs duties with attention to detail, providing quality service to members.

    Title and Lien Administration

    • Lien filing documents (all states) for consumer loans requiring perfection.
    • Release of Liens processing individual requests or files needing correction or follow-up of reports in various systems such as Symitar (core), Infinity Loan Origination System (LOS).
