Role Mission:
The
Sales Manager
is accountable for the new & existing Luxury Travel Partners as they grow into their sales roles. They will develop individual coaching plans and provide resources and assistance to each Luxury Travel Partner.
This individual will determine the training needs by analyzing the agents sales approach, sales exchanges, and monthly sales results based on report findings.
You will:
Sales Motivation and Inspiration:
Motivate and encourage a culture of high sales and performance
Ensure the reservations team consistently exceeds elevated standards of service excellence
Train and mentor reservation agents from a:
sales coaching perspective by listening to calls and reviewing email sales techniques
industry perspective helping them navigate the luxury travel industry and enhance their product knowledge
Book of business development perspective, helping the team develop a sustainable book of repeat clients through the excellent delivery of service along with high levels of repeat business
Create and execute development plans for each reservation agent by:
Analyzing weaknesses through data, call listening, and reviewing email engagement
Crafting elevated goals to improve target growth
Hold the team accountable for sales goals and craft development objectives to ensure growth and sustained success
Be a resource for CRS navigation and system knowledge/assist when needed
Oversee the delivery of existing sales training modules
Liaise with other team leaders to ensure overall organizational alignment
Drive new company initiatives to the team and ensure full alignment
Perform additional tasks assigned by management
You have:
3+ years of experience in outbound sales within the travel industry.
A 5-star, customer-centric mindset
Training and coaching experience required - preferably in both an in-person and virtual setting
Demonstrated track record of sales success within a customer-service sales environment
A self-motivated and results-driven mentality
Excellent relationship-building skills
A+ verbal and written communication skills
