Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Amazing opportunity to work with a rewarding patient population. Rapidly growing organization that services over 10 counties in IL. Position offers stable/full time schedule, offering the standard - Monday through Friday from 8 to 5pm. Depending on experience, this position can pay anywhere between $70-75k.

The Behavior Analyst Job duties are listed below:
1. Perform functional behavior assessments and develop person-centered behavioral support plans.

2. Provide individual therapy to supported individuals.

3. Provide training to agency staff to support the implementation of behavior plans.

4. Implement behavior plans as written; review and modify those behavior plans as necessary.

5. Complete on-going data collection and data analysis.

6. Ensure billable services are documented and submitted in accordance with applicable rules.

7. Complete case notes and other required documentation in compliance with regulations and agency policy.

Education/Experience Requirements

1. Qualified applicants are required to have a current BCBA certification.

2. Preferred minimum of 1-3 years experience in the field of ABA as a BCBA

3. Medicaid knowledge preferred
