Job description
A pharmacy opportunity is available for a qualified Pharmacist to support retail operations in Binghamton, NY. This contract position offers an immediate start and schedules that cover weekdays and weekends to meet patient needs.Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to control inventory and ensure adequate stock levels by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical supplies.
Provide counsel to patients on self-medication and maintain communication with healthcare and insurance professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Administer patient immunizations regularly as part of maintaining community health.
In the absence of management, assist with scheduling staff, recognizing performance, and assigning work to ensure smooth pharmacy operation and meet profit goals.
Qualifications And Desired ExperienceBachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
Active Pharmacist license in New York State.
Current New York Immunization License preferred.
Ability to start immediately and commit to the outlined schedule.
Schedule
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
