    This job listing is for the position of Regional Fleet Coordinator at PG&E, a leading company in green fleet technology.     Department Overview

    PG&E's Transportation Services team manages one of the largest commercial fleets in the U.S. They are at the forefront of green transportation technologies, including a range of electric vehicle technologies. The department oversees all aspects of PG&E's vehicles & equipment fleet, working across various operating departments to ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency.

    Position Summary

    As a Regional Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Transportation Services and Functional Areas in implementing and operating the fleet program. Your duties will include providing training, developing fleet policies, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring program success. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

    Job Responsibilities

    Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

    • Being the primary point of contact between Transportation Services and Functional Areas.
    • Facilitating waste elimination projects and process improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to solve complex problems.
    • Providing guidance and direction to less experienced employees.
    • Communicating ideas effectively to diverse audiences.

    Qualifications

    To be considered for this position, you should have:

    • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
    • 8 years of related experience.
    • The ability to work full-time onsite at the local service center.
    • Familiarity with vehicle and equipment types used in utilities or construction.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

    Desired qualifications include a Master's Degree, PMI certification, and expertise in fleet management processes and cross-functional project leadership.
