Job description
Capizzi MD is a boutique cosmetic surgery and med spa practice known for refined results, concierge-level care, and an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. We are seeking a full-time Front Office Concierge who is polished, personable, and thrives in a high-touch, detail-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, takes pride in presentation, and understands that first impressions set the tone for the entire patient journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a calm, welcoming, and elevated first impression
- Manage patient check-in and check-out with accuracy, discretion, and efficiency
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and route inquiries appropriately
- Assist with patient flow throughout the day to ensure a seamless experience
- Collect payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate patient records
- Maintain the appearance of the front office, waiting area, and retail displays
- Support the clinical and administrative team as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with EMR systems, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems
- Prior experience in a medical, dental, hospitality, or luxury service environment is a plus

Schedule & Position Details
- Full-time, on-site position
- Weekday availability required: M-Th 8:45a-5:15p, F 8:45a-3:15p
