A great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is looking for an experienced hard-working Physical Therapist Assistant to join their growing team in Oakland CA The PTA works under the direction of a Physical Therapists Licensed physical therapist assistants possess a great deal of responsibility in providing treatment and rehabilitative services to patients who have experienced injury or disabling disease
The PTA will assist patients in reaching his her maximum functional performance while learning to live within his her capabilities Uses technical skills to deliver care interventions and therapeutic modalities Provide patients with exercises massages electrical stimulation paraffin baths hot and cold packs traction and ultrasound among other assigned duties
