    Description
    Do you have a passion in assisting the department with collections and providing exceptional customer service to patients and staff? If so, you will involve providing quality control checks on claims and follow up on collections. Also, you will be responsible in providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Hours: 8am-5:00pm M-F

    salary: $24 - $25 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    Randstad is seeking for a Medical Billing/Collector to support a department with billing and collections for a fast paced dental office in the west la area.
    • 2+ years of Medical Billing/Collections preferably in a hospital/clinic setting
    • Previous background in Medi-Cal, managed care and HMO insurance
    • Detailed knowledge of medical terminology
    • Knowledge of EOBs and all insurance forms
    • Knowledge of Epic or similar systems
    • Proficient with MS suite and other business office functions
