    Kitchen Manager

    • Ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection with consistency.
    • Supervise ingredient sourcing and collaborate with vendors.
    • Provide guidance and training to culinary team members.
    • Conduct regular inspections of food stations and final dishes, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
    • Collaborate closely with the head chef and other departments for efficient coordination of kitchen operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a sous chef/kitchen manager or in a similar culinary leadership role.
    • Exceptional culinary skills, demonstrating creativity, innovation, and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
    • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
