Desktop Support Technician - $23/hr

We are working with a company based in Needham, MA that
operates online travel agencies, comparison shopping websites, and mobile apps with
user generated content and they are looking to hire a Desktop Support
Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot most hardware issues, some software
  issues, and triage more complex issues
• Responsible for the timely completion of all
  on-boarding and off-boarding of user accounts and equipment
• Capability to explain technical concepts to a
  non-technical audience
• Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs

Qualifications:

• Computer Science degree
• 1-3 years experience with IT/ Retail Service Desk
  or similar role
• Knowledge of corporate desktop technologies
