    As a key member of our Residential team, your focus will be on supporting CCEF's residential programs, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently – serving as a point of contact for stakeholders, contractors, and utilities. You have at least 3 years of experience in residential program management - working with skilled trades in the clean energy sector. You are passionate about clean energy and dedicated to accelerating renewable energy, energy efficiency, and electrification adoption.     Spend your days:

    • Assisting with the day-to-day management of the RENU and On-Bill Repayment programs - enhancing the Residential program processes
    • Communicating directly with contractors, homeowners, renters, and program partners as the go-to person for program support and inquiries
    • Performing initial screening reviews for energy efficiency on multi-measure projects, confirming technical merits and funding eligibility
    • Compiling reports that showcase how our residential programs are performing
    • Assisting with business development to grow and expand residential product offerings
    • Staying up to date with new energy efficiency programs - researching federal, state, and local clean energy incentives and assistance programs
    • Reinforcing our commitment to a better energy future

    Show us your:

    • Bachelor's degree in environmental studies or engineering
    • 3+ years' experience in a residential-focused program management role in the clean energy sector
    • Deep understanding of construction trades such as HVAC, plumbing, solar PV, or air sealing/insulation
    • Experience working with contractors, developers, and technology manufacturers
    • Knowledge of residential energy solutions – energy efficiency programs, EV infrastructure, or solar
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for juggling multiple projects simultaneously
    • Technological savvy with proficiency with mainstream productivity tools – we use Google Workspace, Zoho, LoanStar, and Asana
    • Industry certifications will get our attention - BPI, RESNET, ASHRAE
    • Driven by purpose and a passion for the work we do
    • Current Residency in Colorado
