    Full-Time Position - Raleigh Office Location. The Patient Service Representative/Scheduler primarily provides support to our Scheduling team by scheduling New Patient appointments via the NP Proxy and voicemails left by patients as well as assisting with s/p patients in a timely manner. Position will also support the Patient Service team with billing, insurance verifications and Workers Compensation, routine clerical duties associated with registration, insurance, working NP Proxy and doctor orders and exiting of patients.


    Qualifications:
    Requires 1-year prior medical administrative experience with accuracy in obtaining patient information. Scheduling experience helpful, but not required. Requires neat appearance and pleasant, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.

    Physical guidelines include ability to work at a computer terminal for up to eight hours a day and be efficient with a computer.


    Must be able to work in a cooperative manner and maintain positive working relationships with management/supervisors, co-workers, patients and family members while maintaining composure when confronted with stressful situations.

    Compensation range from $16 to $22 an hour.
