    Position Overview:

    We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. As a PCU RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients. With multiple specialties available, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions in the PCU setting.
    • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
    • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, participating in quality assurance initiatives and contributing to the development of best practices.
