- Lead efforts on target selection and new RPT projects initiation, leveraging deep knowledge of cancer biology and oncology drug development.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for project teams in collaboration with cross-functional team leaders.
- Guide programs through lead identification/optimization phases by offering functional biology leadership in interdisciplinary settings.
- Contribute to generating preclinical data packages, support regulatory submissions, and assist in formulating a translational biology plan for clinical development strategy.
- Manage scientific projects, review study reports, coordinate external collaborations, and oversee budget allocations.
- PhD or BS in cancer biology, cell biology, pharmacology, or related fields with significant experience in oncology drug development.
- 4+ years for PhD or 8+ years for BS in pharmaceutical/biotech R&D environments with progressive leadership roles.
- Previous work with targeted cancer therapy modalities like RPTs, ADCs, PDCs is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in in vitro, cell-based assay development, cell culture, molecular biology techniques, and various protocols.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to drive productivity in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in managing interdisciplinary scientific teams, mentoring junior scientists, and working with radioisotopes.
- Ability to establish and manage external collaborations including CROs and academic/industrial partnerships.
