    Location Pittsburgh PA - Combination of onsite Dormont PA, and local site visits as needed.
    Type A long-term ongoing contract with the opportunity to hire when selected.
    Pay Rate $22 per hour
    Job Description:
    Tier One IT Analyst Technician
    Enthusiastic and motivated IT analyst/Technician to provide an internal system and deskside support to employees and contractors. This is a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical and customer service skills, a positive and extroverted personality, a passion for technology and helping people, and a drive to learn continuously. Willing to train the right candidate who does not have formal IT experience but wishes to make a change.
    Basic Function/Responsibilities:
    • Handle Tier 1 escalations through tickets.
    • Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely updates and resolution.
    • Provide internal system and deskside support of Windows PCs, Apple iPad and iPhone devices, thin clients, printers, desk and mobile phones, and other technology used in a typical office.
    • Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process.
    • Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms.
    • Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
    • Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.
    Requirements:
    • Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows 10 and 11 as well as use of cloud office systems such as Office 365.
    • Must have A+ certification
    • Familiarity with typical PC hardware, thin clients, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices.
    • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
    • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users.
    • An ability to learn technical material.
    • Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Ability to lift moderate loads of up to 20 pounds to a height of 3-4 feet.
    • Ability to drive to company locations within the greater Pittsburgh area. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required along with a vehicle in good condition.
