      Scope: This role offers an opportunity to create a huge impact by driving the HR transformation through tools, technology, AI & automation.
    • As a key member of our Associate Success team, driving the HR transformation, you will play a pivotal role in
      creating real value through automation, optimization, and smarter ways of working thereby enhancing employee experience and operational excellence.

    What You'll do:

     Understand business requirements and lead end-to-end digital transformation for the Associate Success function to drive operational excellence and deliver a world-class associate experience.
    • Define and own the digital strategy and technology roadmap for Associate Success platforms, in close partnership with IT, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture teams.
    • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, designing and implementing automation strategies while overseeing the optimization and ongoing enhancement of platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, and AI-enabled chatbots.
    • Provide strategic direction on HR tools, technology platforms, and people analytics.
    • Ensure global data integrity and accuracy across Associate Success systems by establishing and enforcing data governance standards.
    • Own the end-to-end HR technology architecture for Associate Success, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and future-ready across core and adjacent platforms.
    • Oversee the testing strategy encompassing unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, automation testing, and release approval processes.
    • Own release calendars, change logs, and deployment governance in collaboration with IT and global teams
    • Drive strategic vendor partnerships, owning SLAs, technology roadmaps, performance governance, and cost optimization across HR technology platforms and service providers.
    • Lead Associate Success technology projects, including system upgrades, Workday enhancements, and integrations, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
    • Create dashboard to present insights, metrics, and highlight efficiencies to the AS leadership to drive decisions and measure success.

    What we are looking for*:


    12 to 15 years of experience in a global organization with expert-level knowledge of HR shared service delivery leveraging technologies and digital transformation strategies. Hands-on expertise in Workday and ServiceNow to drive technological enhancements and operational efficiency. Excellent communication, presentation, project management skills Change management expertise with proven ability to redesign complex organizational processes Systems thinking approach to reimagining HR service delivery Ability to derive insights from data, build dashboards for leaders & stakeholders and facilitate decision making. Proficiency in Power BI for advanced data visualization and analytics will be an added advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be results-focused and manage multiple priorities Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
