Job Summary:
Responsibilities of this role include receiving, recording, and dispatching maintenance requests. Helping the Parts Clerk in organizing and maintaining a clean parts room is also part of the job. The position demands strong multitasking abilities.

The typical schedule involves 40 hours per week, spread across 5 days and may require working on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance requests by receiving, recording, and dispatching them efficiently
• Create and handle work orders, service calls, and task board dispatches using property EAM Software, Infor
• Organize and dispatch work orders from the project task board
• Coordinate with external vendors for scheduled services such as dumpster call outs, pest extermination, and equipment repairs
• Assist the parts clerk in data entry into the INFOR system
• Fulfill other assigned duties
• Provide support to the CMMS Manager as necessary

Qualifications


Qualifications:

• Proficiency in essential computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Preference for mechanical parts knowledge
• Strong verbal communication skills with vendors
• Ability to conduct physical stock item counts
• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous

Physical Requirements include:

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work while sitting and/or standing for extended periods
• Adaptability to extreme living and working conditions
