    LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Claremont, New Hampshire.

    Job Description & Requirements

    • Specialty: Long Term Care
    • Discipline: LPN / LVN
    • Start Date: 03/02/2026
    • Duration: 13 weeks
    • 48 hours per week
    • Shift: 12 hours, evenings
    • Employment Type: Travel

    Evenings 4x12/ 3x16

    For 5x8 hours, 40 hours/week = $1800/week

    3+ years current experience (must be within the last 6 moths) - REQUIRED

    • Must be willing to float where experienced - REQUIRED
    • IV certified (must be willing to obtain during onboarding if not certified) - REQUIRED
    • All RTO must be on initial presentation for approval and can not exceed 5 days (Holidays NOT approved) – REQUIRED
    • NH/ compact license
    • BLS from AHA
    • Covid Vaccination Required - Declinations/Exemptions are not accepted (Please upload proofs with upload) - REQUIRED
    • Locals residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be accepted (Please ensure perm address is in profile) - REQUIRED
    • Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
    • Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
