    Job Description:

    PositionOverview

    $70,000- $125,000 annual plus signing bonus (based onexperience)

    Ifyou are an experienced Auto Body Technician that is looking foryour next opportunity, Gerber offers you a stable work environment,paid training and the high performance equipment you need to besuccessful. Auto Body Technicians make safe,quality automotive repairs happen by completing a thorough repairplan for each vehicle, ensuring we follow all OEM/Industry StandardGuidelines. Gerber's process, called the WOW Operating Way, willhelp improve your productivity, reduce stress and provide you witha more consistentpaycheck.

    JobResponsibilities

    • Participatein developing a proper repair plan for eachvehicle
    • Thoroughlydisassemble, repair, and reassemble eachvehicle
    • Repaircollision damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications andcompany standards, including Alldata, I-CAR, and the WOW OperatingWay
    • Attend/collaboratewith team during daily productionmeetings
    • Stayup to date with required I-Car and Company SafetyTraining
    • Otherduties asassigned

    PositionQualifications

    • 2-5+years of collision repairexperience
    • Abilityto demonstrate and properly complete light to heavyrepairs
    • Deliverhigh qualitywork
    • Manageall vehiclesassigned
    • I-CARor ASE Certifications are abonus
