    Job Description The Senior Operations Manager at Legal Soft will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our client accounts to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of client accounts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all operational and strategic matters.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring they are met through our services.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and business development, to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.

    Monitor account performance against KPIs and develop strategies to drive account growth and retention.

    Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the account operations function.

    Prepare and present regular account performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.

    Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving results.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
