    The Recruiter is responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their workforce needs, sourcing workers and finding opportunities for workers across multiple categories and roles. This position builds and maintains the pipeline of workers to support the organization's ability to deliver quality workers quickly and efficiently to clients.



    This position stays abreast of current market conditions, especially in the oil & gas, energy and skill trades industries. It ensures clear and consistent expectations are communicated between internal business groups like sales, operations.
