Job summary

The Mortgage Government Underwriter III is responsible for underwriting residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and all applicable regulatory requirements. This role underwrites a wide range of loan products.
This position requires strong technical expertise,
independent judgment,
and the ability to underwrite complex loans efficiently in a high-volume environment.
