Saw Shop - Head Filer Pay & Benefits:First ShiftFull Time HoursOvertime Hours and PayFull Plan of BenefitsSaw Shop - Head Filer Responsibilities:Sharpening, repairing and maintaining band sawsRepairing and maintaining all filing room equipmentSharpening chipper knives and maintaining gang guidesAdherence to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and proceduresAbility to work independentlyCapable of working efficiently/safe as well as keeping a high level of precisionSaw Shop - Head Filer Qualifications:Minimum 3 years bandsaw filing experience is requiredMust be self-motivated and organized
