Redeemer Home Care and Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice RN to join our team in providing quality, compassionate care for our patients and their families throughout eastern Montgomery County.
This position is eligible for a $6k sign on bonus.

WHY REDEEMER:
Hospice RNs enjoy a flexible schedule, autonomously providing 1:1 direct care in patient homes with the support of an encouraging and experienced clinical team.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Delivers quality hospice and palliative nursing care to patients in the community, nursing home, or inpatient hospice setting. Develops, implements, and coordinates the interdisciplinary plan of care for each patient and family. Participates in professional development activities that further personal and program goals related to end of life care.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
