- Ensure exceptional member experience throughout the mortgage journey in accordance with the client's standards.
- Develop self-generating referral networks to achieve sales goals and monthly closed loan and deposit expectations.
- Complete mortgage loan applications online, over the phone, or in-person.
- Communicate and set expectations with members regarding information needed for the application process.
- Pull tri-merge credit reports to confirm program eligibility based on the member's credit history and/or FICO scores.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential mortgage lending.
- Valid Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration.
- Strong understanding of mortgage industry lending practices and programs.
- Proven ability to cultivate, manage, and maintain referral partnerships to generate mortgage leads.
- Experience working in a sales-centric, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong professionalism and ability to provide an exceptional member experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
