    Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at the Southwest Distribution Center in Fort Worth, TX.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with internal teams regarding transportation and shipment details.
    • Create and monitor labels and data for shipments.
    • Determine method of shipment and prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
    • Coordinate and schedule pick-ups for shipments.
    • Prepare and organize data for shipments with various products and quantities.
    • Keep records and confirm data with customers for shipments.
    • Prepare and set up bill of lading from customer and coordinate and arrange information for shipping.
    • Assist in coordination of labels for locations on physical inventory.
    • Assist in transferring production requests.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or GED (required)
    • Associates degree or higher (preferred)
    • 1-year office or administrative experience
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1+ years in a warehouse or manufacturing support role
    • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems

    Estimated Salary: $24 per hour
