Job Summary

Responsible for the overall management of the community Residential Living Assisted Living Memory Care Skilled Nursing Care Center enforcing community and organization policies and governmental regulations Coordinates the functions of each department organizing the programs within the framework of the operational budget.

Responsibilities

Provides quality Service Excellence efficiently to residents families co-workers and vendor partners in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
Directs all aspects of the community's operations and programs Develops an organizational structure for the administration of all community programs and services Prepares and recommends to the Divisional Vice President of Operations an annual community operating budget Monitors budget compliance on an ongoing basis and reports on monthly variances Implements all community and organization policies and procedures through appropriate delegation of duties to the community staff Works collaboratively with residents meets with individual residents resident council
