Job Summary

Responsible for the overall management of the community Residential Living Assisted Living Memory Care Skilled Nursing Care Center enforcing community and organization policies and governmental regulations Coordinates the functions of each department organizing the programs within the framework of the operational budget.

Responsibilities

  • Provides quality Service Excellence efficiently to residents families co-workers and vendor partners in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Directs all aspects of the community's operations and programs Develops an organizational structure for the administration of all community programs and services Prepares and recommends to the Divisional Vice President of Operations an annual community operating budget Monitors budget compliance on an ongoing basis and reports on monthly variances Implements all community and organization policies and procedures through appropriate delegation of duties to the community staff Works collaboratively with residents meets with individual residents resident council

    & solicits participation where appropriate Hires supervisors evaluates all

    & regarding market plans achieving unit occupancy
    budget Assists welcoming new residents Provides timely accurate transparent communication consistently to residents team members family/vendor partners Advises collaborates effective marketing plan Represents front porch outreach enhance visibility reputation Maintains compliance federal state local regulations pertaining pertaining communit Supervises delegation responsibility Approves purchases purchases made necessary Keeps fire safety plan disaster casualty program disruption/disruption service plan updated holds regular drills as necessary Ensures high quality life support Front Porch Mission Statement JOB REQUIREMENTS And QUALIFICATIONS Current RCFE Administrator license California State Department Social Services Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrators License preferred Bachelor degree B.A from four-year college university long-term care administration related area health administration at least five years experience Executive Director or administrator continuing care retirement facilities ten years highly preferred Significant managing subordinate supervisors supervising total employees Carries out responsibilities accordance organization policies applicable laws Responsibilities include interviewing hiring training employees planning assigning directing work appraising performance rewarding disciplining employees addressing complaints resolving problems Ability read analyze interpret financial statements general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures governmental regulations Ability write reports business correspondence procedure manuals Effective present information respond questions groups managers clients customers public Interest concern older people Plan organize communicate implement new programs Collaborate develop maintain good working relationship personnel surrounding Maintain leadership ability work part team Prevent accidents providing equipment safeguards personal safety equipment jobs require adequate instructions follow safe habits prevent injuries themselves visitors other employees Apply mathematical concepts probability statistical inference Define problems collect data establish facts draw valid conclusions Interpret variety technical instructions diagram form deal abstract concrete variables
