    As our Lead, Business Analyst, you willLead the requirements gathering process and work closely with a project's stakeholders to understand the business issues and challenges of our client's organization, and to recommend solutions that enable our clients to achieve their goals and our teams to meet their expectations.

    You will work closely with Strategy, Creative, Technology, User Experience, Quality Assurance, and Development teams to understand, analyze, and document requirements and deliver functional specifications for project delivery.

    Be Accountable and ResponsibleLead requirements-gathering processes with clients and internal stakeholders to produce documentation for product delivery. Illicit and then translate the 'what' from the business requirements into the 'how' in functional requirements. Create design specifications, user scenarios, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
    Support agile processes to ensure timely project delivery. Including partnering in feature backlog prioritization, user story, and task creation.

    Connect the dots between our clients, Strategy, Creative & Technology, User Experience, Quality Assurance, and Development teams to ensure our business goals are being met.

    Manage, mentor, and motivate junior Business Analyst teammatesThese are the qualifications were looking for7+ years of experience working in an advertising agency, software development, or consulting firm7+ years of experience documenting requirements and product specifications for complex websites, intranets, and mobile applications, in traditional Scrum/Agile methodologies, Including traditional system requirements concepts such as Epics/Stories, Product Backlogs, etc.

    In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, capabilities, and best practices from a business analysis perspectiveSkilled in translating clients business requirements into detailed functional, non-functional, and technical requirements, and actionable insights within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystemProficiency in leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and features to support digital marketing strategies and campaigns, with a focus on providing insightful analysis and recommendationsAbility to think critically, with strong analytical skills to recommend creative solutions to our client's business challengesSelf-motivated, quick, and resourcefulExtremely detailed oriented and organized with exceptional time management skillsExcellent communication & ability to excel in a very collaborative work environment#LI-DP1#LI-HYBRIDAnd heres how we live our values at MERGEAbility.
