Need Description:

CaroMont Regional Medical Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic surgical team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a large/acute care hospital setting, with specific expertise in vascular and neuro procedures. Robotics experience is preferred but not required. This position offers a 13-week duration with a variety of shifts, including days and on-call rotations.

Requirements:

• Certified Surgical Technologist with NBSTSA Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large/acute care hospital setting.
• Experience with vascular and neuro procedures preferred.
• Robotics experience preferred.
• Availability for interview times between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM ET.
• Ability to work day shifts (10 hours: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) with on-call rotations.
• On-call schedule includes Monday through Friday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 4-5 times max days during a 12-week schedule.
• Weekend shifts required 2 days out of the 12-week schedule.
• Required to take one holiday or reduced operation hours in-house or standby (12-hour shifts which can be AM or PM).

Desired Shift:

• Days - 10 hours: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• On-call schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 4-5 times max days during a 12-week schedule
• Weekend shifts: 2 days out of the 12-week schedule
