Construction Superintendent – Commercial
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year – all qualifications must be met to demand top dollar.

Mountain Construction is a commercial general contractor serving the South Puget Sound for over 45 years. We build a wide range of industrial, retail, and community projects. We have immediate openings for experienced commercial construction superintendents. Mountain has an outstanding reputation for working with integrity, quality, and safety. Minimum Qualifications:
10 years' commercial construction experience
Ability and willingness to perform physical tasks common to commercial construction
Prior experience managing ground-up projects
Broad knowledge of construction trades and practices
Able to manage subcontractors and self-perform work crews
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in AutoDesk Build, Raken Timekeeping & Daily Logs, MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam
Commitment to safety and to customer service
Valid driver's license with clean driving history
OSHA 30 preferred
Drug Free, pre-employment screening required
