Be a part of a team actively manage enterprise computer systems and networks analyzing technical issues and developing and implementing corrective actions Actively manage enterprise computer systems and networks observing and interpreting visual outputs indicating the operating status of systems and network components for designated computer network infrastructure Translate user requests into technical diagnoses then apply diagnoses to develop technical solutions to meet user needs Develop strategies to migrate existing customers to new architecture/technology with minimal impact Evaluate new technologies or equipment that can be added to Agency standard solutions Must have experience in network or system administration Strong Linux experience Experience setting up storage such as network-attached storage Experience implementing security best practices including PKI certificate generation deployment and maintenance Knowledge of Unix shell scripting languages like Bash Bourne or C Bachelor's degree plus 5-years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 3-years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 7-years of relevant experience may be considered Degree must be in Network Engineering Systems Engineering Information Technology or related DoD compliant IAM Level I certification Preferred Qualifications JavaScript React experience migrating existing applications to newer technologies experience working directly with customers to implement solutions for their processes Compensation Details $140 - $153 thousand The compensation range listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities education experience skills internal equity market data applicable collective bargaining agreements and relevant laws Benefits Overview Our health & welfare benefits are designed to support you & your priorities Offerings include Health dental vision insurance Paid time off holidays Retirement benefits including k matching Educational reimbursement Parental leave Employee stock purchase plan Tax-saving options Disability life insurance Pet insurance Note Benefits may vary based on employment type location
