Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule pickups and deliveries, and direct calls appropriately
- Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist with appointment scheduling,
calendar management,
and coordinating daily operations - Support office management tasks including proofreading documents,
organizing files,
