- Lead the design and architecture of the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform effectively.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts to automate and streamline IT and business processes.
- Design and implement data integrations to ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Stay current with ServiceNow industry best practices and trends, and apply them to optimize the platform for efficiency and user experience.
- Create comprehensive documentation of ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT and business teams on ServiceNow best practices and usage.
- Ensure the security and compliance of the ServiceNow platform by implementing access controls, security policies, and auditing mechanisms.
- Stay up-to-date with security vulnerabilities and apply patches and updates as needed.
- Identify and implement performance improvements and resolve technical issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Understands ServiceNow best practices
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role, with a track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
