Shredder Lead Position

The Shredder Lead works alongside key members of the Shredder Crew to ensure quality standards, proper material flow, and operational efficiency within the shredder area.

• Maintain equipment condition and operator performance to achieve maximum production.
• Identify and report hazards that create driving or pedestrian safety risks.

The ideal candidate will have strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. They must also be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. A high school diploma or GED is preferred along with 2-4 years of relevant work experience and 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
