Job summary
Reporting to the Youth Program Coordinator, the Youth Program Mentor is responsible for planning and implementing enrichment programs during after school hours and support groups. Works with students in small groups on homework assignments and various enrichment activities. Helps youth develop and utilize their strengths, interests, skills with check-ins and goal setting.
