Position Summary:
Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to support a dynamic and versatile team delivering across multiple products, domains, and data initiatives.
The Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) will play a critical role in bringing structure, predictability, and transparency to a dynamic environment.
This role supports a team that handles a broad range of efforts, including data products, platform enhancements, integrations, and operational work.
The TPM will own work intake, planning, forecasting, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications while collaborating closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to ensure Agile execution.
This role requires a candidate with strong technical fluency and experience working with engineering, data, or platform teams.What the right candidate will enjoy:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with high variability.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
Experience supporting engineering, data, or platform teams.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with AWS-based data architectures and data engineering or analytics teams is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage the work intake process across multiple areas and products, ensuring requests are documented, reviewed, and sequenced effectively.
Develop and maintain project plans, delivery forecasts, and timelines for diverse initiatives.
Track progress across concurrent efforts and provide clear visibility into status, risks, and milestones.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize work based on value, urgency, risk, and capacity.
Identify, track, and manage internal and external dependencies while proactively mitigating risks.
Own outbound communications, including status updates, delivery summaries, and risk reporting.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the team's Agile execution by tracking commitments and dependencies and assisting with execution when needed.
