    Responsibilities:
    • Act as a partner and resource for our Regional Vice Presidents and Distribution Partners
    • Assist Producers and key stakeholders with case design, life insurance product questions, literature requests, website assistance, competitive analysis and information gathering
    • Prepare basic to advanced life insurance illustrations in a timely and accurate manner
    • Follow up with key stakeholders to determine that illustrations meet their needs and help complete the sale
    • Maintain a proactive and supportive relationship with producers and back offices
    • Monitor life insurance applications through the underwriting process
    • Build solid relationships with the home office and field fostering an environment that supports teamwork
    • Document and track daily activity using our customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
    • Maintaining knowledge of company's products, services, and processes
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Producers, Wholesalers, and back offices
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 2-4 years of experience within the financial services or insurance industry strongly preferred
    • FINRA Series 6 and 63, State Insurance Licenses preferable.
      • Need to acquire these licenses within four months of hire date
    • Understand life insurance sales concepts, corresponding illustrations, and the underwriting process helpful
    • Insurance product knowledge and industry experience, a plus
    • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem- solving skills
