    Your Responsibilities

    As a Supply Management Specialist for John Deere Agusta located in Grovetown , GA, you will...
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain supply strategies and supplier relationships in support of Augusta production
    • Engage with multiple cross-functional factory team members in support of factory operations to ensure tire and wheel availability
    • Lead strong supplier relationships and drive capacity analysis conversations, delivery accountability, and cost reduction execution
    • Drive no brand preference allocation based on supplier capacity and strategy

    What Skills You Need
    • 2 or more years of experience in SAP Parameters
    • Strong experience in data analysis
    • 2 or more years of experience understanding of how to work with suppliers, build relationships, and manage effective communication
    • Process oriented, disciplined and organized, with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 25% based on business needs
    What Makes You Stand Out
    • Experience in Supply Management, Material Flow, or Order Fulfillment
    • Strong knowledge of Excel
    • Project management experience
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
    Education

    Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in supply management or business or equivalent related work experience
