Your Role:
Mental Health Technician/Skills Trainer:
- Builds rapport with clients, providing daily support, structure, activities, group, and safety.
- Provide skills training to clients to help them learn to manage their mental health symptoms.
- Models, coaches, and counsels' clients regarding appropriate hygiene, and social and interpersonal interactions.
- QMHA Required - must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a behavioral sciences field; or a combination of at least three years relevant work, education, training or experience; and demonstrate the competency necessary to communicate effectively; understand mental health assessment, treatment and service terminology and apply these concepts; provide psychosocial skills development; implement interventions as assigned on an individual plan of care; and provide behavior management and case management duties
Available shifts -- Variable on call with availability to works days and hours as needed Sunday through Saturday

Pay Equity: Please be advised that the pay range listed for this position is intended to provide general guidance on the earning potential for the role. However, actual compensation will be determined by the Oregon Equal Pay Law, which will take into account factors such as the candidate's relevant experience and education.
