Role Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality software solutions based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure optimal coding practices and security.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Implement responsive user interfaces for web applications.
- Manage version control and ensure proper code deployment.
- Gather feedback from users to improve functionality and performance.
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing of applications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance software development processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development methodologies.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide technical support.
- Mentor junior developers and onboard new team members.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with frameworks and tools such as React, , or Angular.
- Familiarity with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in using version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and best practices.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Prior experience in technical customer engagement is a plus.
