About the ChannelWe are looking for an experienced YouTube growth specialist to help grow The Crime Archives Channel on YouTube.
This is an established true crime channel and we are looking to expand our subscriber base organically, with a primary focus on audiences based in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.

What We're Looking For
We need someone who can dedicate a few hours per week to helping the channel grow consistently and sustainably.
This is a part-time, ongoing role suited to a self-motivated freelancer who understands the YouTube ecosystem and can bring fresh, practical ideas to the table.
A genuine interest in or familiarity with the true crime genre is a significant advantage.Understanding the audience, what they respond to, and how the community engages with content will set the right candidate apart.

We will not consider anyone who uses or proposes the use of:
Purchased subscribers, views, or engagement
Bot traffic or artificial inflation of any metrics
Blackhat SEO or platform manipulation tactics
Sub-for-sub schemes or engagement pods
Any proposal that includes these methods will be immediately disqualified.
Responsibilities May Include
Depending on your skillset and approach, work may involve YouTube SEO optimisation (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails), competitor and keyword research within the true crime niche, community engagement strategies, cross-platform promotion ideas, content scheduling recommendations, analytics review and growth reporting, and identifying collaboration or feature opportunities with similar channels.
We want to understand exactly how you would approach growing this channel, so please be specific. Generic proposals will not be considered.
Tell us about your relevant experience growing YouTube channels organically, any background or interest you have in true crime content, the specific strategies you would use to target US, UK, and AU audiences, examples of channels you have worked with and the results you achieved, and how many hours per week you would recommend and what your process would look like.
Ideal Candidate
The right person for this role has a track record of genuine, measurable YouTube channel growth, understands audience targeting and platform analytics, communicates clearly and proactively, and is as passionate about doing things the right way as they are about getting results.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
