- Oversee and train associates on providing professional and efficient client service, including client education and issue resolution.
- Act as an active team member, assisting with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Mentor and lead staff to deliver high-quality medical care and exceptional client service.
- Create schedules, collaborate with the Chief of Staff, and maintain communication with the team.
- Provide inspirational leadership, develop annual planning and budgeting, and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and laws.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Three years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience.
- Certification in Veterinary Practice Management preferred.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
