We are hiring now for immediate openings for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity to provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers primarily face-to-face supporting their branch and rental needs This position pays $18 / hour and is located at 838 38th St NW Rochester MN 55901
Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls reservations rate quotes general questions and answers provide information and resolution for customers other branches insurance companies dealerships repair shops and other vendors
- Manage outgoing calls for callback management A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person over the phone Meet greet customers in a friendly timely manner Provide directions general assistance Assist to assess condition of rental upon return Process returns check-ins exit kiosk transactions Effectively market the company while picking up dropping off customer in safe courteous manner assist as needed Understand communicate rental terms conditions vehicle features services May sell optional protection products upgrades fuel options additional equipment Responsible notifying Management known vehicle problems required maintenance Clean interior exterior hand operating washing equipment when needed Perform various administrative basic accounting functions research billing support tasks accounts receivables transfer key logs run reports supply maintenance process billing Miscellaneous backup duties job-related assign
