We are actively recruiting for a Telehospitalist Advanced Practitioner to join our system-wide team in IA, IL and WI.Responsibilities
- Managing cross coverage & low acuity admissions (as needed) on overnight shift for one or more hospitals.
- Cross cover needs include but not limited to entering orders calling nurses staff patients or families Helping with transfers to higher level of care if needed overnight transfer to ICU or other floors within same facility calling in through Vidyo to evaluate patients if needed Documentation per CMS & TH guidelines for H&Ps cross coverage significant events handoff etc Staffing with assigned attending physician overnight for complex cross coverage needs and deteriorating patients any other needs
