    Opportunity:

    We are searching for a skilled Water/Wastewater Project Manager to spearhead the planning and engineering of wastewater infrastructure projects. Embrace the opportunity to join a mission-oriented institution that prioritises inclusivity, collective achievements, and aspiration.
    Responsibilities
    Lead a team comprising design professionals and technicians.
    Guide and mentor staff to foster high-performance within project teams.
    Contribute to business development efforts and collaborate on proposals and client relations.
    Support senior engineers in managing project scope, budget, staffing, and scheduling.
    Execute intricate engineering design tasks for wastewater projects.
    Supervise project design and construction to ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
    Formulate project management plans and set objectives for unique endeavours.
    Coordinate quality assurance and control measures across designated projects.
    Participate in the permitting process, particularly for large-scale projects.
    Direct multidisciplinary teams in managing projects, including research and comprehension of regulatory matters.
    Assist in projecting revenue and oversee proposal management.
    Qualifications:

    Perform mass & energy balance and process equipment sizing calculations.
    Understand jurisdictional codes, legal, and design requirements.
    Education and Experience:

    Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
    Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in wastewater projects.
    Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
