- Own all aspects of sales operations for assigned accounts - samples, trade promotions, BOLs and invoices, plant audits, and technical documents.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accuracy of data transfers.
- Assist in trade promotion maintenance for assigned accounts.
- Perform root cause analysis on deductions and AR balance management for assigned accounts.
- Assist the sales team with presentations, promotional items, and product samples.
- Assist in new customer and item set up processes as it relates to specific customers.
- Create SOPs for current and new business processes and reporting requirements.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a consumer products sales environment.
- At least 2 years of trade promotion and deductions experience.
- 2+ years of Customer Service, inside sales or outside sales experience.
- Proficient with MS Office with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelors degree preferred, High School graduate or GED required.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Well-organized and responsible with aptitude in problem-solving.
- Strong data entry skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within a transformational team environment.
- Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements.

The Sales Coordinator will be assigned to various accounts working in partnership with the Consumer Products Sales team and internal cross functional partners.
This role requires excellence at sales administration, with a focus on executing within internal and external systems.The Sales Coordinator will focus on helping assigned accounts and account managers meet their key performance metrics, to include, timely deduction management and settlement, AR balances management, and trade management.
