Building the Future of Behavioral Health Are you a dedicated mental health therapist looking for a role where your clinical expertise is valued and your work truly changes lives At Concerted Care Group we specialize in comprehensive evidence-based mental health treatment delivered through a collaborative interdisciplinary model that supports both patients and clinicians We are seeking skilled compassionate therapists who are ready to join us in making a lasting impact What You ll Do As a Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group you will be at the center of patient care building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality evidence-based treatment Clinical Responsibilities Include Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program Work in person at our Frederick MD location Develop maintain person-centered trauma-informed treatment plans Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations Educate patients on diagnoses treatment approaches and symptom management to support insight empowerment Design deliver engaging psychoeducational skills groups focused on emotional regulation coping skills and mental wellness Collaborate closely with psychiatrists nurses PRP fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care Participate in treatment team meetings case consultations discharge planning Coordinate care with families referral sources external providers as appropriate Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care which is measured through clinical outcomes such as patient retention attendance successful program completion Complete clinical documentation accurately timely What You Bring You are a thoughtful clinically strong therapist who values both empathy accountability Required Qualifications Minimum years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment Master s degree in counseling Social Work Marriage Family Therapy or related field Active independent licensure LICSW LCPC LPC LMFT LMSW Strong working knowledge of CBT DBT ACT trauma-informed care EMDR experience is highly preferred Comfort using Electronic Medical Records EMR Commitment to ethical patient-centered care professional growth The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents adults Why Mental Health Clinicians Choose Concerted Care Group Clinician well-being matters supportive leadership realistic consistent caseloads Growth leadership opportunities as our mental health programs expand Meaningful clinical time A mission-driven culture centered on healing dignity Compensation Schedule Salary Range The pay for this position is up to annually Incentive Compensation This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation engagement Total Compensation With consistent census strong clinical outcomes total annual compensation expected range from $70,000–105000 with potential high performers earn more based engagement Benefits Kolmac offers comprehensive benefits package including insurance paid time off professional development support Ready to Do the Work That Matters Most At Concerted Care Group we don t just hire therapists invest in professionals want grow collaborate make lasting difference Apply today join team where your expertise helps transform lives #CCG1>
