Job Description

Very popular QSR chain located in the Carrollton area is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to assist the GM in achieving goals and help increase restaurant sales in this fast-growing market. The Shift Manager will be instrumental in running each shift as directed, handling customer service and guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

Experience as a manager or shift leader for a minimum 1-2 years
Assist in hiring and training staff of cooks and cashiers.
Work to meet or exceed our qualifications and state clear goals for staff
Assist in minimizing the cost of goods sold and labor costs
Payroll, cash, and sales reporting and the preparation of other reports to assist in the evaluation of store performance

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age
