    The AV Sales Coordinator provides essential support from sales to the successful

    completion of projects by coordinating timelines and milestones in

    collaboration with clients, vendors, other construction trades.

    Essential

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Communicate with customers and architects to assist in the sales process.
    • Function as the focal point for internal and external project communication and documentation.
    • Utilize company software to track equipment and installation timelines for all phases of the project.
    • Facilitate internal project communication and/or meetings with all key internal participants from sales, purchasing, engineering, programming and installation.
    • Coordinate all in-house activities associated with project execution, including but not limited to installation, programming, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting.
    • Work with the AV Project Manager to create and manage the project schedule.
    • Coordinate with AV Project Manager to assign/schedule personnel for installation.
    • Provide weekly communication of job progress to all stakeholders.
    • Generate and/or respond to construction communication including, but not limited to requests for
    • information, change order documents, warranty information sign-off.
    • documents and other documentation as assigned or required.
    • Proactively manage the change order process.
    • Coordinate training for client.
    • Assist Sales staff with proposals and pricing for new projects.
    • Research products and pricing with vendors
    • Manage and track RMA's

Founded in 1986, we are a dedicated team that designs, specifies, installs and supports multimedia environments primarily for luxury retail and hospitality/entertainment public spaces such as cinemas, hotel lobbies and restaurants. For many of our projects we are involved early in the process, developing and designing the amazing visual and audio experiences with the architect, consultants and store development team.
    We manage projects from start to finish in addition to providing professional services worldwide with 24/7/365 remote support. Our technicians are based in major cities throughout the United States (including Honolulu, HI), Canada and the United Kingdom as well as traveling technicians and strategic partners for special and remote area installations/support. In addition to running video networks globally for some of our clients, we also have a full-service graphic design department to create content or for editing and reformatting content coming from clients or advertising agencies.
